**Update** KSP Searching for Individual After Foot Pursuit

Both subjects are in custody and will be lodged in the Caldwell county jail.

 

Eddyville, KY (Lyon County) – On September 26, 2018, at approximately 11:49 AM Troopers from the Kentucky State Police Post 1 in Mayfield initiated a traffic stop on a blue 2003 Toyota Avalon around the 46 MM on I-24.

 

The vehicle was being operated by Yusif Khalil Jackson, age 35, of Olympia, WA. Aaliyah Ray’shun Bowman, age 19, of Tacoma, WA, was a passenger in the vehicle. During the traffic stop, both Jackson and Bowman fled from the scene on foot. Troopers were able to apprehend Jackson, but are still searching the area for Bowman. Bowman is a black female, approximately 4’9” tall, 106 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, last seen wearing black shorts and a red shirt.
