Trooper Teddy
The Trooper Teddy Project is a statewide program that provides stuffed animals to children during traumatic experiences such as a car crash, child, or sexual abuse cases, and provide to terminally ill children.

Safety Town and Tiny Town
Safety Town and Tiny Town are interactive traffic safety exhibits where children interact with Kentucky State Police Troopers and Officers and learn safety tips and promote highway safety.

Cram The Cruiser
The Cram the Cruiser campaign is a statewide food drive, and the non-perishable food is distributed to local food banks and shelters within post areas to help feed Kentucky families in need.

Safe Trick or Treat/Fall Festival Events:
The Kentucky Trooper Outreach hosts the annual “KSP Safe Trick or Treat” and participates in a variety of other community Halloween/fall events that provide a safe and fun environment for children and their families. Troopers, officers, and other community volunteers distribute candy and other treats to children, while also providing positive interactions with law enforcement.
KSP Mascot – Trooper Justice
Trooper Justice is the official mascot of the Kentucky State Police, embodying the agency’s values of safety, service, and integrity. He is a beloved symbol of the KSP, engaging with the public through various outreach programs and educational events. Trooper Justice makes regular public appearances at schools, community events, and safety campaigns, helping to promote traffic safety and law enforcement awareness while fostering positive relationships between the police and the public.

The Kentucky Trooper Outreach offers support to various community outreach events by fostering an environment of trust, safety, and positive engagement.
Each of these campaigns or events benefit communities at no cost to the kids, their families, or taxpayers, as Kentucky Trooper Outreach is completely donation driven.
