Kentucky State Police Requests Assistance in Locating Missing Juvenile

PIKEVILLE, Ky. (May 23, 2024) – Raine Rowe has been located and is safe.

GREASY CREEK, KY. (May 22, 2024) –The Kentucky State Police Pikeville Post is asking for the public’s assistance as part of an ongoing missing person investigation.

KSP Post 9 was contacted on May 22, 2024, regarding a missing juvenile in Pike County.  The initial investigation indicated Raine Rowe, 17 years old of Greasy Creek, KY, last contacted her father on May 19, 2024. She is described as a white female, 5’5” tall, 130 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about her location is asked to contact KSP Pikeville Post at 606-433-7711.

The investigation is ongoing by Post 9 Trooper Terry Mounts.
