PIKEVILLE, Ky. (January 30, 2025) – Jerome Norman has been located and taken into custody.

PIKEVILLE, Ky. (January 30, 2025) – Kentucky State Police, Post 9, Pikeville is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Jerome Norman, 43 years old of Raccoon. Mr. Norman has an active arrest warrant for Kidnapping (with serious Physical Injury), Criminal Abuse 1^st Degree (Child 12 or Under), Assault 1^st Degree, and Fleeing or Evading Police 2^nd Degree.
