Kentucky State Police conduct Sexual Abuse Investigation

WEST LIBERTY, Ky. (March 13, 2025) – On February 19, 2025 Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post 8 in Morehead were requested by Morgan County Sheriff’s Office for assistance to investigate sexual abuse allegations.

KSP Detective responded to a residence in the West Liberty community of Morgan County. KSP spoke with individuals at the residence including two female juveniles. After interviewing the females KSP then interviewed Timmy Ray Keeton.

As a result of the investigation, on February 22, 2025,  KSP charged Timmy Ray Keeton, 56, of West Liberty with Incest, Rape 3rd degree and 2 counts of Sexual Abuse 1st degree. The investigation continues and is being led by Detective Ethan Crouch.
