Kentucky State Police Conduct Investigation into Student, Teacher Relationship at Rowan County High School

Morehead, Ky. (February 15, 2023) – Kentucky State Police conduct investigation into a relationship between a student and a teacher at Rowan County High School.  During the investigation 39 year old Andrew Zaheri was arrested and charged with Rape 3rd Degree.  He was lodged in the Rowan County Detention Center.  The investigation is ongoing at this time.
