Kentucky High Five Rural Traffic Safety Project to Launch October 8, 2025, in Lincoln County
STANFORD, Ky. (October 3, 2025) – A news conference announcing the launch of the High Five Rural Traffic Safety Project (High Five) in Lincoln County will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 8th at the Lincoln County Court House. The 12-month public safety initiative, successfully piloted in Iowa, aims to increase seat belt use and decrease overall serious crashes in five participating rural Kentucky counties.
