UPDATE: Kentucky State Police Post 6 Investigate Death in Dry Ridge

Mount Olivet, KY (October 14, 2024) – On October 14, 2024, Torilena May Fields was indicted in Robertson Couty Ky. The charges are Murder, Abuse of a Corpse, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Torture of a dog or cat and Obstructing Governmental Operations. At this time, an Identification has not been made of the victim by the Medical Examiner’s Office.

Mount Olivet, KY (October 10, 2024) – A female was located inside the residence and was taken into custody without incident around 11:00 pm last night. Torilena May Fields (32) of Mount Olivet has been charged with Obstructing Governmental Operations, Tampering with Physical Evidence and Abuse of a Corpse. Pending further investigation more charges may be filed. This matter remains under investigation by Post 6 Detectives. Torilena May Fields will be lodged at the Bourbon County Detention Center later this morning.

Mount Olivet, KY (October 9, 2024) – At 12:26 p.m. the Kentucky State Police Post 6 Dry Ridge received a call concerning a deceased female on Brierly Ridge Road in Robertson County. Troopers responded to the property and confirmed the initial reports. Troopers attempted to make contact with a female inside the residence but received no response. A search warrant was obtained for the property and the Special Response Team was activated to serve the warrant. At this time, the scene remains active and contained with no threat to the public.
