Kentucky State Police Arrest Two People During Carroll County Traffic Stop
CAMPBELLSBURG, Ky. (11/01/2024) – A Kentucky State Police Post 5 trooper conducted a traffic stop in Carrollton on Thursday October 31 that led to two arrests.
A search of the vehicle with the assistance of a canine unit resulted in locating approximately 1524 grams of suspected methamphetamine, approximately 86 grams of suspected cocaine and an undisclosed amount of currency.
The operator of the vehicle, identified as Kevin Reynolds, was arrested and charged with the following
-Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree or Greater Offense Greater than 2 grams of Methamphetamine
-Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree or Greater Offense Greater than 4 grams of Cocaine
-Trafficking in Marijuana Less than 8 ounces
-Trafficking in Controlled Substance 2nd Degree
-Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess
The passenger in the vehicle, identified as Roxanee Foster, was also arrested due to an active warrant for her arrest.
Reynolds and Foster were transported to the Carroll County Detention where they were lodged. This is an ongoing investigation being conducted by the Kentucky State Police.
