Kentucky State Police Investigates Injury Collision in Warren County

BOWLING GREEN, KY. (March 14, 2025) – At just after 3:00 PM on March 13, the Kentucky State Police received a call regarding an injury collision. Troopers arrived on the scene at the 4-mile marker on northbound Interstate-165.

A preliminary investigation indicates that a 2007 Honda Pilot, operated by Enma Valles, 54, of Bowling Green, was entering Interstate-165 northbound from Russellville Road. Ms. Valles’s vehicle crossed both lanes and the median, entering the southbound lane and in the path of a black commercial motor vehicle operated by Charles Toll, 62, of Beech Creek. Ms. Valles was flown to TriStar Skyline Medical Center for treatment of her injuries.

The investigation is ongoing and will be led by Trooper Grant Robertson, who was assisted at the scene by Warren County EMS and other KSP personnel.
