Kentucky State Police Post 2 Investigates Massage Parlor for Prostitution-Related Crimes

MADISONVILLE, Ky. (June 22, 2026) – Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post 2 Dispatch received an online crime tip on April 11, 2026, alleging that Golden Phoenix Spa, located in Oak Grove, Kentucky, was offering sexual services in exchange for money.

Following an investigation, KSP detectives executed a search warrant at the business on June 19, 2026. During the search, detectives located items commonly associated with sexual activity inside the establishment.

Two female employees were arrested and charged with Prostitution and Engaging in Organized Crime. During the operation, one of the employees attempted to flee on foot from law enforcement and was subsequently apprehended. She was additionally charged with Fleeing or Evading Police, 2nd Degree. 

A male customer was also located inside a room within the business. The individual was found nude and told investigators he had previously paid for a sexual act at the establishment. Detectives also located items associated with sexual activity on his person, this customer was also arrested and charged.
