Kentucky State Police Continue Investigating Missing Person Cold Case in Hopkins County

MADISONVILLE Ky. (March 30, 2025) – Today marks 28 years since Charles C. Massey went missing in Hopkins County. In wake of the anniversary, Kentucky State Police (KSP) post 2 is requesting any information from the public relevant to this cold case.

Charles C. Massey, 29 when he went missing in 1997, of Madisonville, was last seen delivering Easter baskets to individuals in the Madisonville area. Massey is described as a white male, 5’ 11”- 6’ 01”,  175 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
