
Kentucky State Police Investigates Fatal Collision in Christian County
MADISONVILLE, KY. (October 13, 2025) – The Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post 2 in Madisonville is investigating a fatal collision involving two vehicles that occurred October 12, 2025 in Christian County.
At approximately 2:56 PM CT, Christian County Dispatch contacted KSP Post 2 requesting assistance with a collision at the intersection of KY-117 and US-41 in Oak Grove, Kentucky.
A preliminary investigation indicates Daryll Hook, 53 years old of Hopkinsville, Kentucky was operating a pickup truck when he disregarded a Traffic Control Device striking Deborah Stanford, 26 years old of Clarksville, Tennessee. In the passenger seat of Ms. Deborah’s sedan was Tony Kilsby, 55 years old of Clarksville, Tennessee. Mr. Kilsby was airlifted to a nearby Hospital and later succumbed to injuries from the collision. All other parties received medical attention but did not suffer any serious physical injuries.
The family has been notified by Tennova Healthcare. At this time, no criminal charges have been filed.
The investigation is ongoing and is being led by Detective Brian Graves (U/1082) of the Kentucky State Police.
