Hartford Couple Charged with Promoting Contraband

The investigation is on-going

HARTFORD, Ky. (January 9, 2020)—On January 6, 2020, Kentucky State Police was notified by the staff at Ohio County Detention Center regarding drug activity inside the facility. KSP detectives launched an investigation which led investigators to a residence in Hartford. KSP executed a search warrant in the 100 block of Hunter Drive just after 10am yesterday morning. Troopers located items used to deal and distribute methamphetamine, marijuana, firearms and cash.

 

Sierra Osborne, 22 of Hartford was arrested on scene and charged with:

1)      Promoting Contraband – 1st Degree

2)      Two counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Enhancement)

She is lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center in Hartford

 

Dillon L. Midkiff, 22 of Hartford was charged by detectives and remains in jail.

1)      Promoting Contraband – 1st Degree

 

The investigation is on-going and additional arrests are likely.
