Kentucky State Police Investigates Fatal Collision In Greenup County

GREENUP, Ky. (May 21, 2026) – On May 20, 2026, at approximately 9:25 p.m., Kentucky State Police Post 14 responded to a two-vehicle collision near the intersection of Industrial Parkway and County Road 1630 in Greenup County. 

The preliminary investigation indicates that a vehicle operated by Abigail Miller, 21, of Vanceburg, Kentucky, traveled left of center and struck another vehicle head-on. Milller was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Greenup County Coroner. 

The two occupants of the second vehicle were transported to a local hospital for treatment of injuries. 

The collision remains under investigation by Kentucky State Police Post 14.
