UPDATE: Kentucky State Police Investigate An Escape At Blackburn Correctional Facility

LEXINGTON, Ky. (November 10, 2024)– Both inmates, Adam E. Ball and Bradley E. Cornwell, who walked away from Blackburn Correctional Complex on November 4th, have been located and are currently incarcerated. Adam Ball is in custody at the Fayette County Detention Center and Bradley Cornwell is in custody at the Bourbon County Detention Center.

LEXINGTON, Ky. (November 3, 2024) –The Kentucky State Police Post 12, Frankfort, is searching for two inmates who have walked away from Blackburn Correctional Complex.
KSP is searching for Adam E. Ball, 38 years of age, from Russell Springs Ky, described as a white male, 6’03″ tall, weighing 250 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. Ball was last seen wearing a full body khaki jumpsuit with a khaki hat.
KSP is also searching for Bradley E. Cornwell, 40 years of age, from Georgetown Ky, described as a white male, 6’ tall, weighing 175 pounds, with black hair and blue eyes. Cornwell was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, gray sweatpants, white shoes and a khaki hat.
Both inmates are alleged to have fled the facility together in a water truck. Anyone who may have information regarding the location of Adam Ball or Bradley Cornwell is asked to call their local law enforcement or KSP Post 12 at 502-227-2221.
