UPDATE: Kentucky State Police Post 1 Experiencing Phone Outage

MAYFIELD, Ky. (July 9, 2025) – All Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post 1 phone lines are now operational. All 911 calls have been rerouted back to KSP Post 1. Please discontinue use of previously provided alternate numbers and return to utilizing 270-856-3721 as the administrative phone number to reach KSP Post 1 for non-emergency matters.

MAYFIELD, Ky. (July 9, 2025) – Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post 1 is currently experiencing a phone outage affecting all emergency 911 and non-emergency administrative lines.
Emergency 911 lines have been transferred to McCracken Central Dispatch and are being answered there. Information is being relayed to the appropriate agencies for response.
Non-emergency administrative lines have been transferred to backup cellular phones and are being answered by KSP telecommunicators at Post 1. KSP Post 1 can also be reached at the following numbers:

- 502-395-1691
Calls for service are being answered; however, KSP requests the public’s patience with our telecommunicators as these transfers are in place. There is not a current estimated time of repair for the phone lines.
