KSP Lt. Col. Assumes New Duties    

A 21-year veteran of the agency, White is assigned to KSP headquarters in Frankfort

FRANKFORT, Ky. (Feb. 1, 2019) — Kentucky State Police Lt. Col. Chad White will assume the role of Director for the KSP Technical Services Division effective Feb. 1, 2019.

 

A 21-year veteran of the agency, White is assigned to KSP headquarters in Frankfort and will be responsible for the Forensic Services Troop and the Information Technology Troop.

 

The Forensic Services Troop includes KSP laboratory branches in Frankfort, Ashland, Louisville, Cold Spring, Madisonville and London.

 

The Information Technology Troop includes the Computer Technologies Branch, Communications Branch and Electronic Crime Branch.

 

A native of Shelbyville, Ky., White is a 1992 graduate of Shelby Co. High School and a 1996 graduate of Georgetown College. He is the son of James and Velma White of Shelbyville, Ky.
