Kentucky State Police Investigate Henry County Collision

CAMPBELLSBURG, Ky. (September 5, 2024) – On Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at approximately 8:18 pm, Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post 5 in Campbellsburg received a call in reference to a single-vehicle collision.  The collision occurred on Lagrange Road in Henry County. 

Troopers from Kentucky State Police Post 5 responded to the scene.  The initial investigation indicates a black KIA Spectra was traveling east on KY 146 when, for unknown reasons, it left the roadway. The operator and only occupant of the vehicle was identified as Caleb Hardman, 22 years old, from Smithfield, KY. 

Mr. Hardman was pronounced deceased by the Henry County Coroner.  Next of kin has been notified.  This is an ongoing investigation being conducted by KSP Post 5.
