The Kentucky State Police Investigates Warren County Health Department Vandalisms and Burglary
Bowling Green, KY. (October 31, 2024) – At approximately 11:00 pm The Kentucky State Police Post 3 received a call about a series of vandalisms and a burglary that occurred at the Warren County Health Department.
A preliminary investigation indicates that the Warren County Health Department had been vandalized using paint. During the investigation, the Warren County Health Department staff advised that one of their employees was also being harassed. Timothy Russell, 40 of Bowling Green was arrested and charged with the following:
– Criminal Mischief, 1st Degree
– Burglary, 3rd Degree
Glasgow, KY. (November 28, 2024) – After further investigating the incident, it was found that Mr. Russell had been observed outside of the employee’s residence in Glasgow. Mr. Russell was charged with the following in Barren County:
– Stalking 1st Degree
– Arson, 3rd Degree (attempt)
– Intimidating a participant in the legal process
– Violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO
Mr. Russell was lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail.
