Multiple Arrests for Drugs After Search Warrant in Ohio County
Troopers Located Suspected Methamphetamine, Marijuana and Paraphernalia in the Residence
FORDSVILLE, Ky. (May 28, 2024)—Kentucky State Police troopers executed a search warrant at a residence on Friendship Road in Fordsville around 7pm Tuesday. Troopers located bags of suspected methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
J.C. Sutton, 44 of Fordsville was arrested and charged with:
- Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree-Methamphetamine (greater than 2 grams)
- Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree (Methamphetamine)
- Engaging in Organized Crime
- Resisting Arrest
- Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of a Controlled Sunstance – 1st
Jefferey A. Hatfield, 39 of Reynolds Station was arrested and charged with:
1) Trafficking in Controlled Substance, 1st Degree (Methamhetamine greater than 2 grams)
2) Possession of Marijuana
3) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
4) Engaging in Organized Crime
Tabatha L. Embry, 39 of Fordsville was arrested and charged with:
1) Trafficking in Controlled Substance, 1st Degree (Methamphetamine greater than 2 grams)
2) Possession of Marijuana
3) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
4) Engaging in Organized Crime
Jenna L. Wooldridge, 40 of Tell City IN. was arrested and charged with:
1) Engaging in Organized Crime
2) Trafficking in Controlled Substance, 1st Degree (Methamphetamine greater than 2 grams)
3) Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degee (Methamphetamine)
All four were transported and lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center in Hartford. The investigation is on-going by Kentucky State Police.
