Kentucky State Police Indict Anderson County Man for Murder in Anderson County

LAWRENCEBURG, Ky. (July 26, 2024) –  An Anderson County man has been indicted for Murder after an investigation by Kentucky State Police (KSP), Post 12. Anderson County Grand Jury indicted Wilby Ward, 23 years of age, from Anderson County on July 23, 2024, for Murder and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 2^nd offense.  

The indictment stems from a collision that occurred on November 10, 2023, on Bonds Mill Road in Anderson County.  Wilby Ward was operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and crashed, claiming the life of  passenger Allison Brock, 23 years of age, also from Anderson County.

Wilby Ward is lodged in the Franklin County Detention Center on a $500,000.00 bond.
