Kentucky State Police Conduct Missing Person Investigation in Rockcastle County

MOUNT VERNON, Ky. (July 2, 2024) – On Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at approximately 2:54 PM, Kentucky State Police Post 11 received a call of a missing person in Rockcastle County.

Joseph D. Miller, 36, of Orlando, was last seen around noon on Friday, June 21, 2024. Miller is approximately 6′ 0″ tall and 150 pounds. He has short brown hair and brown eyes.
